As April and Jerry, we both care deeply about humanity and creating systems that are more more resilient, human-friendly, and future-fit. When we first met 17+ years ago, we quickly discovered how well our ideas meshed and amplified each other. Since then, those synergies have only grown.

April's background is in law, finance, partnerships, and global cultures. Jerry is a technologist and historian. We expand our respective horizons. Our collective insights and endeavors are often even more powerful than our individual ones.

Some of our ideas are counter-intuitive to mainstream thinking. But the world has never needed them more. We bring fresh outside perspective that helps you break down silos, goes beyond KPIs, and brings you closer to your True North – personally, professionally, and organizationally.

Legacy

We believe there has never been a more exciting and important time in history to be alive. (Okay, there are many, but 2025 is definitely one of them.) The future often looks fraught, fragile, and scary. We're motivated to do all that we can to shape a brighter tomorrow – and see possibilities for this everywhere.

For both of us, getting our ideas in the world so that they can find practical application and improve that world is the best legacy we can imagine.
